Agile Coaching

"Nothing happens without risk. But without risk nothing happens" (Henry Ford)

Agility encompasses a range of frameworks, each with its unique impact on a company. If you're aiming to enhance your business's agility, let's explore the available options together. In my collaboration with clients, I find the systemic cycle invaluable for tailoring the ideal framework to your specific business requirements.

The systemic cycle

Within this cycle, my approach involves a thorough listening phase and data collection to gain a deep understanding of your business and its needs. Building on this foundation, I identify the challenges you face by making informed assumptions. I then strategize and plan methods, meetings, and change initiatives to address these challenges. Following their implementation, I actively seek feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions remain responsive and effective.

Agile Methods and Frameworks

To provide you with an overview of the frameworks I utilize, here's a categorization of various agile methods and concepts based on their complexity. I will point out some examples.

The Lean coffee method is straightforward and readily applicable in meetings, serving as an effective introduction to agile principles for your teams.

Effectuation (Entrepreneurship Science) is offering practical tools for immediate implementation, Effectuation is a lesser-known agile framework that can be easily put into practice.

Among the most widely recognized methods, Kanban, which originates from LEAN principles, is a common choice. I can share my best practices for effectively implementing Kanban.

When it comes to SCRUM, I break it down into its distinct components: Meeting Structure (Events), Visualization (Increments) and Roles.
For companies looking to adopt SCRUM gradually, a prudent approach is to first establish the meeting structure before progressing further.
